Jeffrey Dahmer's first victim was Stephen Hicks, whom he invited back to his house in Milwaukee for a drink. This was in 1978, and was the beginning of a thirteen year series of murders. He murdered at least fifteen young men. When the police broke into DahmerÆs apartment in July 1991 they found the remains of bodies scattered everywhere. In 1992 he was tried and convicted of fifteen murders. Dahmer was sent to jail for life.
